Shipping Policy

Free shipping is included on all IRONCLAW dry claw vacuum pumps, shipped within the United States.

Spare parts and accessories are not eligible for free shipping. Standard shipping rates apply and will be calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

• Pump orders ship within 3-5 business days of payment confirmation.
• Freight delivery for pumps typically takes 5-10 business days depending on destination.
• Spare parts orders ship within 1-3 business days and typically arrive within 3-7 business days.
• Liftgate and inside delivery are available for pump orders at checkout for an additional fee.
• Please inspect all crates and packages for damage before signing for delivery. Damage must be reported within 48 hours.
