Included Equipment

Supplied with the core vacuum block and direct-coupled 3-phase motor. An inlet filter is not included, either integrated or loose, and must be purchased separately. External plumbing, pressure-reducing valves, and discharge separation equipment are not included.

Hydro Installation Requirements

• Continuous regulated external flush supply: minimum 1.2 GPM (4.5 L/min).
• Fluid inlet connection: 3/8 inch NPT, separate from the 2-inch vacuum inlet.
• Install an upstream pressure-reducing valve (PRV) to limit flush-feed pressure to 15 PSI maximum.
• Discharge contains process gas and flush liquid. Install a liquid-gas separator tank directly at the exhaust port for continuous drainage.
• The separator is supplied by the buyer or may be requested as an engineering add-on.
